One of the benefits of being a registered user on FBFS.com is the ability to make online payments to your insurance policy or annuity, referred to as ePayments.
You can make payments on FBFS.com for your home, property and vehicle policies, as well as fixed and variable life and annuity policies. To make a payment, you must have account access and be the owner or billing client on your Farm Bureau Member’s Choice policy. For an annuity or life insurance policy, you must be the owner or listed as the payer on the policy.
This guide will help you complete an online payment in just four easy steps.
Policies that are eligible for online payment are listed on the ePayments Welcome Page, as shown in the example account here. |  |
Next to each policy number is a small checkbox. If you are unable to check the box, there is currently no payment due for that particular policy. Step one is to check the box of the policy or policies for which you would like to make a payment. |  |
Step two is to select a method of payment and click "Continue." |  |
Clicking “Continue” will take you to the JPMorgan Chase Web site. You will be asked to enter your bank or credit card information. Step three is to follow the prompts on the JPMorgan Chase Web site to complete your payment. |  |
Once your payment has been confirmed, you will see a confirmation screen. If you opted to receive an e-mail you will be sent your confirmation number to the e-mail address you provided.
The fourth and final step is to keep a record of the confirmation number. |  |
